Recycling provides an exciting opportunity for us to raise much-needed funds, as well as showing a commitment to the environment and encouraging better recycling behaviours in the community. So, why not turn your containers into change today?
Friends of the Community inc are now a registered charity with Containers for Change. We will use all funds raised to assist the community. Please enter our scheme ID C10282529 when recycling your containers and you can donate directly to Friends of the Community Inc.

Be a part of something BIG
Friends of the Community Inc. run a small food organisation with 100% of profits returned to our community. We are a group of volunteers with a strong sense of community and consider ourselves one big family. We enjoy what we do and have a great time at each event we cater at, from private events to a range of community events sponsored by local government such as City of Cockburn or other community and corporate groups.
We saw a need for a food vendor that specialises in low cost food at special events and in turn returning the profits back into the community.
Our volunteers have all been trained in Food Safety. We take pride in the quality of food and customer service we provide from our HACCP certified custom food truck.
How we differ from other groups is that all the money we raise from the sales and hire fees are dedicated to our running of programs and donated to our chosen charities.
Friends of the Community Inc. hold a Charity License and welcomes donations and volunteers.
FOC don’t just donate to charities, we support the local High School with scholarships to enable the Year 11 and 12s to continue their university studies. We also support the homeless and those doing it hard.
We are proud to list The Cancer Council, Starlight Foundation and Cockburn Cadets as some of our many charities.

Big or small, we have the capacity to service your next event with delicious fresh food and drinks and quality equipment for hire.
