The annual Cockburn Cultural Fair aims to bring to light the many different cultures of Cockburn and with it, delicious foods and diverse music. Each year the Cultural Fair is a specific theme. FOC have seen Japanese, Latin American and many more!

The Friends of the Community were asked to provide lunches for participants and their families. What an awesome day! The P&C received a donation to assist with their annual events. Communities helping Communities. This is what it is all about.

FOC were invited to deliver morning tea and a light lunch whilst the elders presented their Indigenous meals and recipes. Tastings and banter was had by all. Lots of stories about how the animals and trees got their names. Interesting.
